AI Værk is the company I co-founded with Elias Arndt. We are a 360° partner for AI in mid-sized companies: we assess which tasks suit AI and which do not, train the team, build the systems and run them after rollout.

Clients work directly with the two of us, from the first question to operation. If a simpler solution fits better or AI brings no economic advantage, we say so.

What we do

Orientation and workshops

We start with the tasks in your business: which ones AI should take on, what is legally sound and where to begin. Workshops with leadership and the team then work through concrete cases from daily work, with clear rules for checking results.

Systems on your company knowledge

Internal assistants answer employees' questions from approved documents, with the source and the right access rights. Customer chatbots answer recurring questions and pass complex ones to a person. Agents run defined workflows from trigger to result, while your team keeps the decisions and approvals.

Custom development and operation

When standard software cannot handle a process, we build the application, including machine learning where it pays off. After rollout we host, maintain and develop it, with processing in Germany, Sweden or the EU.
