AI Værk is the agency I co-founded with Elias. The work takes three forms: workshops with teams adopting AI in real day-to-day operations; advisory engagements that turn workshop output into operating decisions; and hands-on implementation when a team wants the routines embedded and running.

How the work runs

Workshops

I work with small and mid-sized teams that want AI inside their actual day-to-day workflows. Sessions are concrete: real tasks from your team, real prompts and routines, clear guardrails for quality and privacy. One-day kickstarts, longer workshop series, or focused tool deep dives (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).

Advisory

If a team already knows AI matters but isn't sure where to start or what to commit to, advisory engagements turn that into operating decisions. Where to invest, which workflows to standardise, what to leave alone for now, and how to set up internal ownership.

Implementation

Sometimes the real gap is bandwidth: a team has the strategy and the training, but nobody has time to build and integrate the routines. Implementation engagements ship the actual workflows: prompts and templates wired into your stack, internal documentation, and a 30-day onboarding for the team using them.
